I like your excellent use of visual implication; you've provided enough detail for the viewer to read the story. The sky is an absolutely gorgeous shade of blue, and the shadow of the bird makes creates a visual and conceptual focal point. And hey...I like your purple cat. You're the boss of your illustrations!

To anonymouse,

Yes, there ARE purple cats. I had on. He was a lilac point siamese and was beautiful.

To Anonymous writing to Anonymouse, The REAL Anonymous says Lilac is NOT purple!
To Lyn, GO AWAY!
Is there a reason for such a mousey itsy bitsy image Catnapping, or are you just hiding bad art? "I love that shade of blue" BLAH!! It's all you can see! From what I can see with my MAGNIFYING glass, you see DEAD things! Not just useless, lifeless carcasses but fast escaping 'I want to get out of this hell body' type of dead thing. You really must get over your silent hatred for the way kitties kill - BITTEN };-}

That's beautiful. I think it's awesome how you conveyed eveything that happened just by showing the one bit of paw and bit of wing on the ground. Really great stuff :)

for people who liked my illustration, I thank you. i wanted to show the spirit escaping the body. and i find that i actually like the way it turned out.

this reminds me of a picture of our front window. On the window is the perfect image of a dove; left there by a dove who flew so fast into the window that it killed the bird, and the mate lingered six months in mourning.

it was a very stirring image

I am smitten with your visually artistic talent, jealous of your spiritual connection with nature, impressed by your awe of science that is threaded throughout your work, and enchanted with your wordplay.n
